For those folks who aren’t in need of on-site support we have this option available. The biggest benefit of this package will be that ALL service not covered by the contract will only be billed at ½ rate. That is a 50% savings EVERY TIME you need service no matter what it is for. Our residential service agreements start at only $15 per computer per month. That’s less than FIFTY CENTS PER DAY.
For only $15 per month you get
- No 2-Hour minimum service call charges (normally $90 per visit minimum)
With this feature, you do not pay anything beyond the $15 charge per computer per month for any problems that may arise on computers covered by this agreement. Anything over the 5 hours will be billed at ½ of the then-current rate.
- 5 hours of REMOTE service per month included ($350 value)
The agreement entitles the customer to 5 hours of maintenance per month. On-Site repair of any kind is not included in these 5 hours.
- ½ Rate On-Site Visits & Non-contract work
If an issue should arise that could not be fixed within the terms of this contract, we will come on site to fix it, and will only bill the time at ½ of our current hourly rate.
- Initial Call Resolution
If a user calls in, we will gather relevant information to resolve the problem during the initial call. We will fix the problem provided it can be resolved remotely, and not have to be escalated into an on-site visit.
