I first called Justin for assistance on my laptop in December 09. I have contacted him since for repairs on other computers. He never fails to diagnose the problem quickly and then make the necessary repairs. The turnaround time for my repairs has been very quick and Justin is always available to discuss and explain the problems to me. He goes above and beyond his repairs by even delivering my computers and working on minor issues on-site. His rates are very reasonable compared to other repair shops in the area.
